Pallaitive care. Telecare responder for vulnerable people who have no family or friends to support them. Befriending service. Supported discharge from hospital (in-patient and A&E). Short-term loan of mobility aids such as wheelchair. Short-term access to transport, with an escort if required, to help attend appointments or social events. Hard arm and shoulder massage which helps promote a sense of well-being and relaxation in people during times of personal crisis. The massage, given through clothing, can also assist in plain and stress relief.
